As the CEO of Archipelago Technology Group Ltd, I lead a Cambridge-based technology company that develops innovative solutions for customers in the high-value manufacturing, sustainable packaging, coating and precision agriculture markets. With over 11 years of experience in this role, I have grown the team, raised finance, and managed stakeholders, while delivering programmes that increase our customers' productivity and profitability.My passion is to use my technical, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills to create positive impact in the world. I have a PhD in Physics from Cambridge University, and I have worked in various roles in the printing and technology sectors, developing and commercializing cutting-edge technologies that enable our customers to manufacture higher quality products, whilst using less material, producing less waste and lowering their carbon emissions. I also have skills in new business development, sustainability strategy, and problem solving, which help me to identify and seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and achieve our vision.
