─ Achievements ─• Initiated and pushed through a project to replace a problematic client document management solution. The replacement system eradicated numerous manual workarounds, fundamental system limitations and unpredictable system failures. Result was overall process efficiency improvements of over 25%, markedly improved client satisfaction, significant reduction in client queries, near eradication of sporadic SLA violations/”incident” situations. (Technologies: C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL, SSRS)• Built a number of web applications and tools to facilitate key workflow steps in solution workflows. Typically managing electronically stored client data, and physically produced documents i.e. Invoices/cheques/letters. ─ Achievements ─• Provided a suite of core universal tools for process monitoring and control, file management and security, online file transfer and application compatibility. This work allowed us to: enhance the services we were providing to our clients, increase the efficiency of our staff, reduce man-hours spent on repetitive tasks, meet and exceed tighter SLAs, standardise report generation across a number of different solutions and phase-out a number of bespoke idiosyncratic apps. These tools established themselves as standard components used in most projects within the organisation.• Designed and implemented a system for the management of "floating staff". This system automated a labour intensive unreliable and disorderly manual process and delivered a level of flexibility, reporting and cost control functionality which was previously unattainable.
