Directed operations for global leader in A/V connectivity market including directly overseeing and managing all teams including supply chain, logistics, production, project management, customer service and technical support Built and managed long term, high level relationships with multiple international and domestic suppliers and clients, including many high-profile OEM customers Develop, document, and execute company policies, programs, SOP's, and objectives to ensure maximum efficiency, accountability, and structure Provide leadership, oversight, and support to all employees and promote a collaborative working environment with a passion for continuous improvement Optimize customer satisfaction through continually improving operations, soliciting client satisfaction surveys and ideas, and developing ongoing training for employees Oversee planning, development, and launch plans for all product and projects Improvement of product and operational quality and efficiency by implementing best practices, identifying areas of improvement and developing techniques, processes, and procedures to facilitate efficacy Work with CEO and CFO on strategic business developments that impact company operations Facilitate new business development and continual growth by working with sales and marketing departments, preparing competitor analysis, and scouting new client opportunities
