The Blue Plate Special is a program dedicated to the blues, R&B, and all that funky music in between, its the most blues rocking program on the radio. The program is heard every Saturday night from 10 to Midnight on WUWF 88.1 FM in Northwest Florida and Southwest Alabama. It is also heard around the world at wuwf.org.　The program host and producer is Greg Guzman. The program began in February 2000 with the mission to present every side of contemporary and classic blues music to hungry blues hounds. The Blue Plate Special now places greater emphasis on present days blues artists because they are the hard working musicians keeping this music alive for all of us.
