I provide the business with a high level view of the market, including trends and salary being offered in the market within the same sector, so that we can continue to attract the best talent. My goal is to attract and hire the best technical candidates that suit not only the technical side of the job, but the cultural fit too, so that we can maintain a high level of retention.My main responsibilities are:- Direct sourcing of high quality technical candidates for our QA and ACT (Apps & Cloud Technologies) Practices from Graduate to Director level. Skills often recruited for include: Software Development in Test, Developers, Data Engineers, Automation, Performance, DevOps, Cloud, Business Analysis, Release Management, Service Transition, Marketing and B2B Sales.- Assisting the Recruitment Manager with the Recruitment Strategy and weekly reporting of hires made/new joiners.- Some management of Recruitment Agencies on particular vacancies, although the use of Agencies is kept to a minimum.- I work closely with various areas and Stakeholders of Sogeti and Capgemini such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance and the wider HR function.

Recruiting contract and permanent candidates across multiple sectors. I work a variety of different roles, including Developers, Testers, Security Analysts and Project Managers - amongst others.
