Skills often recruited for include: Software Development in Test, Developers, Data Engineers, Automation, Performance, DevOps, Cloud, Business Analysis, Release Management, Service Transition, Marketing and B2B Sales.- Assisting the Recruitment Manager with the Recruitment Strategy and weekly reporting of hires made/new joiners.- Some management of Recruitment Agencies on particular vacancies, although the use of Agencies is kept to a minimum.- I work closely with various areas and Stakeholders of Sogeti and Capgemini such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance and the wider HR function.
