Supervisor of the Foreclosure Legal Document Review DepartmentEnsure that the financial documents that are used in mortgage default cases are 100% accurate before leaving the bank for filing. Monitoring workflow for the processing of mortgage default documents to meet time critical deadlines. Managing the notary services for all legal documents being signed to be certain that stiff controls are being met in the notarization and record keeping process. Manage the scanning, tracking and sending of the documents being used in default situations. Manage concurrent audits by multiple entities including, FNMA, FHLMC, OCC, CFPB and others. Research account information, verify totals, correct discrepancies, and generate reports.Working with foreclosure firms, trustees, and vendors to ensure adherence to state and federal laws as well as internal procedures. Daily reviews are done to make sure that the bank is in adherence with all Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines.
