My job was to manage a staff of six in teaching various extreme sports activities including skateboarding, rollerblading, and bmx bike-riding. We orgainized various competitions for kids ages seven to seventeen. All six members of my staff were from outside the United States.

I managed a staff of eighteen in teaching flying trapeze and various other circus acts. Childrens ages ranged from seven to seventeen.
