I was brought in for this newly created role with an aggressively growing healthcare company, in the midst of the pandemic, to oversee and optimize service line performance. ZoomCare delivers on-demand primary, urgent, and specialist care both virtually and in-person at 60+ clinics in mainly WA & OR, with expansion into ID & CO.•In my first 3-months in this role, I developed and led two cross-functional teams in over 25 data-driven strategic efforts that increased revenue performance to budget and closed half of the gap to forecast for new ramping clinics.•I created a strategic decision-making matrix that paired new-to-company market insights with consumer intelligence data to prioritize enhancement activities, resulting in positive financial impacts.•In partnership with pharmacy leadership, I refined our flu vaccination strategy, including analyses that supported Product, Clinical, and Marketing activities that helped double our flu visits in 2020-21 and set up a rigorous forecast for the next season.
