I manage the social media accounts for an e-commerce start up in the beauty and retail industries. Creating original and creative posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I have conducted industry research to write SEO content, email campaigns, and blog posts.

I developed new marketing and organizational management processes in order to revamp the company image and business practices. Projects included analyzing employee roles, processes, and competitor business models. I analyzed competitor's media channels and practices to improve upon our own. I was able to offer improvement plans to improve company image: some of which included updating company website layout and images and managing consumer reviews.

I lived abroad in Sevilla, Spain for four months, studying Spanish and International Marketing. I was able to use the Spanish language to speak with the Spanish family I lived with and other locals to achieve fluency of the language. Traveling and living outside the US, I grew in independence and confidence. I became more versatile and adaptable in problem solving when faced with the unexpected.

I was a leasing agent at Oak Grove Realty the summers of 2016 and 2017. I directly worked with customers in selling apartment units. I used phone and email communication to talk with current and prospective residents. I learned how to deal with conflict and unplanned events in a diverse setting. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and various advertising platforms for real estate.
