As club business manager my responsibilities include but are not limited to accounts receivables, accounts payable, preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost controls across all aspects of the clubs operations. My strengths in process analytics and best practices to streamline operations have proven beneficial across many areas of club. I am actively involved in our clubs partnership's and sponsorship's that fund our scholarship program. I report directly to the CEO and work hand in hand with our treasurer from the BOD. I attend monthly board meetings with the CEO to update the board of directors on club operations.

As Director of Business Operations, I am responsible for the day to day business operations of our practice. Northpoint Pediatrics is comprised of 10 physicians, 9 nurse practitioners, and a strong support team of nurses, front office, billers, coders, auditors, leadership and our clinical research team. We have two offices located in the Northeast corner of Indianapolis and in Noblesville.Northpoint Pediatrics operates 7 days a week to provide optimal care in a high growth community.

As Finance Director, I expanded my knowledge and influence across the organization. I maintained all of my previous responsibilities as the Patient Account Director as well as acquiring the role of overseeing the front office operations of all three offices as well as taking on all financial responsibly of Clinical Research.My role in clinical research required me to develop, negotiate, and implement budgets for all clinical research studies with various sponsors and companies across the industry and global network. I was responsible for the financial tracking of each study and successful oversight and closure of each studies financial operations.I acquired the responsible and oversight of the front office operations of all three practice locations as well. I was successful in implementing many process improvements that allowed me to use previously proven departmental cross training techniques that resulted in reduced staffing and better customer experiences.I continued to maintain my oversight and leadership of the patient account department while successfully continuing to maintain exceptional results that far exceeded industry standards. We were also successful at reducing overhead expenses during my time as Finance Director resulting in increased corporate profits.

As the Patient Account Director, it was my responsibility to oversee all the billing and coding operations of Northpoint Pediatrics. My team was responsible for billing, coding, auditing, and collections for 10 physicians and 9 nurse practitioners. During my tenure as director, I obtained my Certified Professional Coding (CPC) designation from the AAPC. I was responsible for staffing, education, leadership, mentoring, and compliance of a team of billing professionals.As the Patient Account Director, I was successful in applying lean principles in efforts to provide process improvement. The patient account team successfully maintained an average days in AR at 21 days. Applying principles of departmental cross training allowed for uninterrupted performance of all activities regardless vacations or attrition. The performance of the patient account team far exceeded industry benchmarks in all aspects of collection percentages, days in AR, tenure, and auditing.
