Over the year in the Executive Committee, I oversaw the development and projects of the Editorial and Relations Committees under the Students' Union (SU). With the Editorial Committee, I revamped U-Insight, the SU's online and print magazine (https://u-insight.com), leveraging on social media to increase readership. Under the Relations Committee, I established the NTUSU Official Telegram Channel as an additional social media platform to reach out to the undergraduate student body, accumulating over 1,000 subscribers. Also, I developed and released U-Feedback, a unified feedback platform for all NTU undergraduate students allowing them to reach out to both NTUSU and their colleges. The platform allows the Union to respond to enquiries and comments in real-time, and also provides timely updates of issues on the ground such that they can be promptly addressed. Show less
