Solutions Development Manager, Systems Consultant, National Account Support Manager and Applications Engineer, Océ - USA• Provided pre and post-sales support on Océ Wide Format products for the Atlanta and Orlando Sales Teams, assisted with regional product shows, worked with customers and third party software providers to develop custom solutions for customers such as Lucent Technologies and Westinghouse Savannah River Site• Helped write and design some of the original Implementation Plan and Connectivity documents used in the TSS Department from 1995-1997.• Designed and managed implementation of 1.2 million dollars worth of customized document management solutions and helped expand the services business of the TSS Department in the Southern Region. Traveled nationwide working with National Accounts to design engineering software and hardware solutions. • Managed the design and engineering operations for a manufacturer of panelized structures who sold over 4 million dollars of products throughout the United States and sixteen other countries.• Supervised and maintained an 18 station LAN, including software/hardware evaluation and installation.• Constructed and trained Representatives to construct over $600,000 worth of panelized systems throughout the United States, enabling representatives to support future construction independently.• Responsible for the manipulation, programming and maintenance of a multi-faceted relational database that tracked over 3000 representatives, 580 inventory items and 40 million dollars of sales.• Supported over 1000 product representatives in 52 states and 16 countries.

• Coordinated the design verification and computer modeling of a 300 million dollar pulp mill modernization effort for Weyerhaeuser Paper Company, on-site in Seattle, Washington.• Responsible for building and maintaining 2D and 3D graphical databases using AutoCAD and Plant/CMS for large industrial facilities. Created detailed working and isometric drawings from these databases.• Assisted marketing efforts by providing documentation, drawings and product demonstrations.• Managed and verified non-graphical databases. Created reports and bills of materials for each project and established procedures that allowed easy retrieval and recreation of reports by clients.• Supported hardware and software including testing, setup, maintenance, and training clients.

• Designed, engineered and scheduled production and installation of all custom stair work.• Supervised all CAD operations including the purchasing of hardware/software and training new designers.• Wrote and updated CAD programs to speed the design process and automate the manufacturing process.
