Manage a 7-person testing team, and lead multiple games testing in parallel, responsible for all games get 1st pass in 3rd party agency’s certification and released on time:- Project efforts: 160 ~ 1,000 Person Hours; team could release an average of 20 games per year.- As external contact point, coordinate work with foreign project teams, third-party studios and jurisdiction regulation agencies to ensure all projects going smoothly; internally coordinate project and team resource arrangements, analyze and foresee risks and give proposal to avoid/reduce them, create test set and customize test cases for different projects, overall coordination and control of each project’s progress. review test plan, test cases, and test results, and evaluate the quality of project and release game on time.2. In charge of department tester recruitment.3. Moderator of Global Test Case Committee. Responsible for knowledge sharing and communication among testing departments in various studios around the world, and make sure test cases are updated accordingly.4. Team Quality Management. Supervise and maintain department work process and performance statistics, set quality goals, organize employee training, prepare for department ISO external audit.

- Lead test department of more than 20 members. Engaged in test management of mobile phone/tablet products based on Android system platform, x86 chips, and hardware (i.g. Phone Xolo X900, X86 Santa Clara/San Diego, Tablet Ramos W32, etc.).- As external interface, communicate test requirements and product progress with project manager; internally arrange test tasks and resources, to ensure product can be released to market on time.- Go to United States to do onsite support for partner corp., and do product presentation to stockholders.

- Working on Android mobile device testing (i.g. CLIQ, Droid, ME600, ME722，ME525，ME511, etc.)- Working on EzX, LJ, Symbian mobile device testing (i.g. A780, E680i, V8 , U9, Razer , Rocker, E6e, Ming1200, etc.)- Collect requirements, and create and maintain test cases.- Support operator testing.- Execute product system level test, includes feature function/interaction test; owner of call/local sync/message/setup/accessories.
