Upon the merger of CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, I led the combined local market area business for CBRE in North Texas. As a result, the business grew by 30% and was consistently ranked in the Top 5 most profitable local businesses in CBRE. My responsibilities included brokerage for the investor and occupier, asset services, debt & equity, valuation, project management and investment sales services. This growth is especially notable given that it was attained during the “Great Recession”.

After my service in the US Army, I joined Trammell Crow Company as a construction manager in Dallas, Texas. Almost immediately, I was given the opportunity to re-locate to the Tri-State Region where I was a development manager for four years, responsible for the development of over 1.4 million square feet of Class A suburban office and industrial buildings. In 2000, I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to lead all commercial services in the Carolinas. I then returned to Dallas in 2001, where I led a national initiative around Build-to-Suits and then transitioned to lead the largest business unit in the company, which included all real estate service lines.
