Staff Pharmacist
CurrentResponsible for servicing the Midwest and Western region of Innovage. Provide service to PACE participants by managing medications and health outcomes. Providing care for the elderly that live in assisted living facility and those living independently. Daily duties including reviewing physician orders for drug-drug interactions, duplicate therapy and reviewing compliance. Other duties include packaging medication in compliance pouches for those living independently and bubble cards for those living in assisted living facilities. Responsible for providing COVID clinics for Innovage center so that the elderly can get COVID shots. Also work with courier services to ensure delivery of medications to the participants.
