• Initial set up of converting existing business to private limited company and creating entire financial set up• Development of financial policies, revenue recognition, related costs, schedules, groupings, trial balance and entire financial statements• Preparation of annual budgets, analysis and other strategic reports• Business orders strategy with forecasting of cash and fund flows based on LME; managing receivables and vendors, long term and short term fund requirements, MIS supported by monthly variances;• Dealing with bankers on regular basis on fund requirements and transactions• Ensuring all entity level registrations and regulatory compliance• Direct and indirect taxation compliance through external consultants
