As the Security Portfolio Strategy Lead for Microsoft Industry Solutions, I collaborated across multiple global organizations including Services Sales, Services Delivery, Services Operations, Product Engineering, Product Marketing, and Product Sales to envision, enable, and evolve a portfolio of consulting services solutions driving and growing Microsoft's US$300 Million Security Consulting business. This business covered all aspects of Microsoft's Security products and services, including security operations, cloud security, information security, device management and security, strategic advisory, and managed services.• Envisioned, developed, and administered a bespoke solution portfolio management framework inspired by the Scaled Agile Framework, covering the full solution lifecycle from portfolio strategy and envisioning through backlog and value stream management leading to a continuous, iterative, agile delivery pipeline. This enabled key strategic business pivots, including industry alignment, strategic advisory, and managed services.• Led a virtual, globally-distributed team of solution architects, consultants, and specialist sellers to define, develop, and deploy reusable IP for each of the most valuable Microsoft Security consulting solutions.• Led global activation and landing sessions across key roles including Sales, Architects, and Delivery to drive a consistent customer experience while onboarding Microsoft Security capabilities.
