1.As a government think tank, research urban development strategies such as mater planning and industrial planning, and directly provide suggestions to policy makers such as mayors.2. Research problems encountered in urban development, including transportation, sustainability, urban renewal, and propose solutions.3. Prepare detailed planning and urban design to ensure the implementation of policies and development strategies by policy makers.

1. Review and test assumptions, benchmarks, line of logic on sustainable development of Singapore. Seek out GIS datasets for Singapore. Apply rules/patterns to city scale and extrapolate system numbers.2. Assist with production of drawings and curation of data for new book and white paper of ISD program.3. Assist in collaboration with School of Business, acting as point of contact for students in the Finance programme.
