CSM Consulting is the division of CSM Sport & Entertainment dedicated to supporting our client partners' sponsorship marketing initiatives. In this hybrid role, I oversee accounts for two household-name brands, spearheading sponsorship strategy development, property-partner management, and creative platform execution. Additionally, I act as the Head of CSM's Analytics & Insights team in North America, which provides end-to-end research support for CSM's full client roster, including consumer insights, contract valuation, and sponsorship impact studies.

While at Glideslope, I have been tasked with creating a vision and plan for Glideslope's Analysis and Insights unit which will keep a finger on the pulse of the business world, adding to Glideslope's expertise by building insights based on factual evidence. For me, this task included working with the Glideslope team to figure out where the A&I unit fit within their business model, as well as initiating the first round of trend analysis and insight deliverables of the A&I unit.While at Glideslope, I was also expected to contribute on client projects. This task was far ranging, including helping on client presentations to participating in client conference calls.
