Responsible for sales and its fulfillment.• Identify the prospect customer and generate inquiries.• Creating the vender ID with new customer and improve business.• Prepare and submission the RFQ, Quotation, purchase order, delivery note and invoices.• Coordinate with manufacturer for commercial and technical matter as well.• Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.• Coordinate with operations teams assure the on-time delivery.• Developing procurement plans based on strategic businesses. objectives, including identifying supplier and negotiating contract with them.• Developing method of evaluating supplier performance based on quality of product or service, price, delivery time or other factor that effect customer satisfaction.• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that orders are delivered on time.• Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.• Negotiate with suppliers on lead time, cost and quality so as obtain the maximum for the company.• Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirement.
