- Responsible for reconciling bank accounts against the General Ledger monthly.- Prepare journal entries.- Monitor all banking activities in order to detect irregularities.- Investigate all transactions in order to prevent fraud.- Ensure that guidelines and policies around the cash process are effective.- Assist auditors – internal and external – with documentation required for theauditors to do their job satisfactorily.- Maintain required files, reports, and data.- Reconcile discrepancies in different accounts.- Follow up the time deposits, certificates , interest, bank expenses and bank transfer.- Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
