Hi, my name is Haden Harris, and I am a Junior Marketing major with a minor in Human Capital Management and Leadership student at Farmer School of Business at Miami University. My interest in business came from the two years I spent with DECA in high school where I developed critical thinking and team building skills.Since arriving at Farmer School of Business, I have developed multiple skills including leadership, teamwork, and collaboration. In the fall of 2022, I was selected into the Isaac and Oxley Center for Business Leadership where I was professionally coached on leadership by our directors. This allowed me to become a certified coach where I can use my experience and leadership to teach others.I am currently back at Miami University continuing to pursue a marketing major with a Human Capital Management & Leadership minor. I am continuing to work with the Center for Business Leadership in the Culture & Development team where we plan social and cultural meetings for other fellows in CBL. These meetings consist of monthly group settings with activities to improve morale, get to know the fellows, and listen to guest speakers who come to share their experiences and answer our questions. I am determined to use my hardworking personality to finish any task I start, which is a skill I have developed while in school. I am very excited to develop new skills through experience and use those in the near future. I'm always excited to connect with professionals who are passionate about making an impact.
