It Operations Specialist
CurrentI work with the Information Technology Operations Manager to ensure a smooth operation of Sezzle in a technical sense. I provide technical support to 200+ people working for Sezzle, as well as collaborating with different departments in setting up and maintaining technologies and related processesI administer various services to ensure our employees are set up to succeed globally. This includes Google Workspace (G Suite), Jamf, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Office, GitLab, Adobe, Slack. I also work to ship/receive computer equipment and peripherals nationwide and internationally. I serve as the point of contact for various questions and assistance on many technical topics in the team, and am able to take charge in implementing various solutions using code based automations with Python and the Scrum Agile methodology.On December 2021, I was promoted to IT Operations Specialist IIOn March 2024, I was promoted to Senior IT Operations Specialist
