• Prepare Income Tax Returns, 990 NFP, 1040 &1040-EZ, 1120S, 1120 for corporations, 1065 for Partnerships.• Filing of clients Sales Tax returns (Online and Manual for various States almost more than 30 states.• Process client’s payroll using Quick books, filing of deductions like 941 payments.• Clients Quarterly/Annually Filing 941, 940, Withholding Tax, UC-Filings, issue of W2 & contractor 1099.• Run client audit engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, and financial audits and managing to budget.• Conduct meeting to explain audit process, gather information and build client relationship.• Obtain system understanding and knowledge of company operations and functions for all departments and business segments with upper management and take notes for documentation.• Planning & materiality guidelines for audits in accordance with standards & evaluate risks and their potential effect. • Conducts audit fieldwork in accordance with standard audit procedures including reviewing relevant source documentation, selective testing of information, interviewing relevant personnel, and reviewing local computer records to reach a conclusion supported by evidence.• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to senior associates, managers, and partners• Understand and utilize the company's unique and industry leading Audit Methodologies• Work with the Audit Team to develop hourly budgets, fee analysis, and identify improvement opportunities• Manage and complete the engagements on a daily basis through detailed planning, budgeting, proactive problem solving.• Evaluate internal controls, organization, systems or other appropriate items according to the audit program.
