Currently working on the SBCTA I-10 Corridor Express Lanes (10 miles).• Engineering Activities: Coordinates third party utility design meetings with Caltrans and SBCTA.• Prepare weekly and biweekly design review meeting with every utility owner on this project (SCE, SoCal Gas, Frontier, Charter, AT&T, Verizon, and all Wet utility owners from the city of Ontario/Upland/MonteClair).• Perform engineering calculations analysis design, produce engineering reports and plans.• QA review on third party designs, cost estimation, and schedule managements.• Utility Matrix management.• Manage cost controls, schedules, contracts, billings, change orders.• Interface with superintendent and clients.• Attend any and all meetings required by the position.• Field visits and inspection.• Implement Safety Policy on all projects assigned.

Successfully initiating, planning, designing, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing ten projects concurrently in the Back Of House Disneyland. Responsibilities included contract management, Design reviews, transportation department, dispenser installation, AC repairs, conveyor installations with building modifications, fire alarm installations, electrical, install GPS tracking system on tram station, roof coatings.; total projects value $1,600,000.• Managing the budget of each project using PMWeb, issue contracts to contractors, or internal contracts to Disneyland departments like A&FE, Safety, Env, WDI, etc.• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.• Write invitation to bid for every project above 25K, and invite at least 3 contractors to bid the work.• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.• Hold kickoff meeting for every project and meet the stakeholder, take meeting minutes, create the project plan.• Review and negotiate contractor’s proposals, create POs, pay invoices, reply to RFI’s, negotiate and pay Cos.• Bi-weekly meeting with the controller, and monthly meeting with the director to review the budget of each project.• Coordinate with contractors and Disneyland Entertainment Center for the schedule of the work time shift and the location.• Create the schedule of each project and develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.• Close-outs documents, punch list, and IFP reconciliation for every project.

Project - The project consists of developing a new 2x1combined cycle power plant, that generates 1,080 MW and will be more energy efficient and take less place than the six old units that will be demoed starting 2019 ($3.2 Billions).• Engineering Activities: Studying the EPC contract, specifications, and plans, and making sure that our subcontractor Kiewit is building the plant by following the contract.• Daily inspection involving Auger Cast In Place Piles and Inclusion piles, structural steel, structural concrete, utilities, paving, mass grading etc.• Provide technical engineering information to supervisors and crafts to insure construction work and the completed project complies with all engineering standards, drawings, codes, and specifications. • Assist with: subcontract coordination, contract administration, submittals, creation and revision of work plans, budgets, schedules, change orders, field verification of quantities and work performed.• Develop a 3 week and 90 days look ahead schedule.• Daily site walks to keep apprised of current operations and to become aware of any developing issues.• Review shop drawings and submittals and subsequently manage and report on their status.• Prepare, manage and track RFI's.• Assist Civil Project Engineer in the preparation of change orders and claims.• Track daily production quantities, manpower and equipment• Manage, inspect, and coordinate SWPPP plans to maintain compliance with governing agencies. BALBOA Hospital project, replacement & installation of new duct work, AHU's and HVAC equipment for entire Bldg.# 1 of the hospital. (NAVFAC, SAN DIEGO).Successfully accomplished the Fire Restoration Project, the project consists of trenching and installation of duct banks around 6 miles and 61 MHs for telecom lines and connection to telecom Bldg. at CAMP PENDLETON, CA.
