She has modeled her firm to be diversified in all phases of project delivery & specializes with providing a "one stop shop" for civil engineering - filling the "niche". Approximately 25% of revenue comes from program management and design services and 75% of revenue comes from construction management services in both Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build alternative project delivery projects.
