As a member of the for Gaps in Care & Quality Improvement Department, assisted with scheduling mammograms, colon cancer screenings, and cervical cancer tests for English and Persian-speaking patients using the software Epic/Ochin. Managed colorectal screening kit distribution and follow-ups, increasing screening completion rates. Organized and attended.
