Job Responsibility• Plan, direct, monitor and finish the project and hand over to stake holders within the budgeted cost, agreed time frame and specified quality standard• Overall responsibility of the project management team through the project life cycle• Manage the delivery of the store. from site taking over from the landlord to handing over to operation team• Lead the project team in all technical, progress and commercial meetings with the consultant/contractor/suppliers• Prepare master program of the project in coordination with the corporate team and monitor the progress of the project based on the approved master program, recommend corrective measure whenever there is a deviation• Review in coordination with the corporate team the relevant drawings, specification, contract documents prior to approving and implementing on site• Ensure appropriate tendering procedure in followed and contractor, consultants are finalized as per group norms• Prepare and circulate a weekly project report • Place the order for the long lead items in coordination with the corporate team• Assist the finance team to prepare the CAPEX analysis and monitor the cost of the project throughout the project life cycle to ensure that cost is limited within the approved budget Projects Completed Home centre : leading company on home furnishing Over 25 stores (new or renovated) were done under my supervision Home Box – furnishing company with a value for money Over 20 new stores were executed under my supervision
