Responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating the rollout activities for three new projects simultaneously, this led to the successful introduction of Shabakkat as a reliable service partner. The projects being with Ericsson AB’s NRO project (STC & Mobily) and Zain KSA’s new shops MW links project. Assisted in the setup of Shabakkat’s huge newly contracted scope ensuring the successful launch of the new projects especially after the sudden resignation of the project manager. Helped establish Shabakkat as a prominent service partner with Ericsson which led to being awarded major projects such as the lucrative Hajj project. Managed more than twelve field teams including more than fifty employees in three projects while ensuring adherence to different project standards. Negotiated financial targets with the management to ensure a successful operation.

Responsibilities include:Managing the telecommunications installation scope and resources in the Eastern Region of KSA under three different projects, this includes managing the inventory stocking, ordering and logistics for delivery. Preparing tracking reports for the head office which governed the invoicing process for our partners. Coordinating between multiple internal and external stakeholders to complete the tasks required as per the deadlines. Managed the installation and acceptance of over 150 sites under 3 projects. Participated in the planning for the rollout of the swap project for more than 200 sites.

Responsibilities include: Completing the rollout and acceptance of the network for Madina region (Zain Project) encompassing 4 cities and their inter-city highways. This covered introducing broadband service to thousands of first-time users.  Took over an extremely delayed project, hampered by a large number of issues. By close follow up of all activities was able to bring matters to successful close and therefore succeeded in having the customer sign valuable pending invoices. Paid special attention to the large number of pending site acquisition issues – reduced these from 80 to a manageable 30 during tenure. Preparation of hundreds of sites for final acceptance by the customer and consequently processing the respective invoices for multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities include: Managing BSS & UTRAN rollout activities in Madina region (Zain Project), managing the overall sites acceptance process for the sites which governed the invoices signing process by the customer and entailed coordinating efforts between multiple technical teams as well as subcontractors and the customer.  Completed numerous network expansions in time for annual peak seasons. These were achieved to extremely tight deadlines and with limited resources. Completed the relocation of an RNC, multiple BSCs & Transcoders between different hub locations. Created an effective and close working relationship with a previously-distant customer. This meant that increased dialogue was enabled, with the customer going the extra mile to, for example reach compromises. Increased the percentage of accepted sites from 73% to 95% in 3 months by enhanced focus on the multiple stakeholders and persuading them to participate in regular, structured problem-solving meetings.

Responsibilities include:BSS & UTRAN rollout activities in Tabuk region, managing subcontractor teams to complete sites installation, coordinating with different technical teams to complete installation and integration of sites, ordering and tracking of materials for the local warehouse.  Successfully supervised the installation, integration and customer acceptance of 3 BSCs and 147 BTS & NodeB sites in Tabuk city and its inter-city highways. Provided support in other KSA regions to integrate and handover multiple BSCs, Transcoders and BTS & NodeB sites.

Responsibilities include:Supervising the installation of BSS sites, integrating and expanding BSS sites, issuing purchase orders via an Oracle system, quality assurance of completed work, revision of work procedures to enhance work efficiency, handling auditors.
