I curate exhibitions, and foster community engagement to promote understanding and appreciation of cultural heritage. Alongside managing the Centre's collection, I acquire artefacts and nurture relationships with donors to enrich our exhibits. I also foster stakeholder connections to facilitate artefact loans and community engagement initiatives. Simultaneously, I collaborate with internal and external teams to craft compelling narratives for upcoming exhibitions.

I developed and implemented community-based participatory research models for heritage assessments with cultural mapping and GIS initiatives. My work involves conceptualising, coordinating, and producing heritage research reports and documentation projects that preserve and celebrate community narratives.I spearheaded initiatives that draw on the rich history of Singapore's neighbourhoods, working closely with community stakeholders to curate historical narratives and artefacts. My experience includes leading projects supported by the National Heritage Board, Singapore Tourism Board, and NCSS VWOs-Charities Capability Fund, among others. Notably, I led cultural mapping initiatives focused on preserving community narratives in areas affected by the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS), particularly in Tanglin Halt. In this role, I managed a cultural mapping volunteer team, facilitated befriending activities, conducted oral history interviews, and engaged relocated residents in programs at My Community’s Community Museum: My Queenstown Museum at 30A Margaret Drive.

Conducted research on the ephemeral nature of memory and oral traditions in relation to physical space, with a focus on digitally reconstructing the Bawean ponthuk using 3D models. Contributed research findings on 42 ponthuk to "Ponthuk Bawean di Singapura," a publication by the Baweanese Association of Singapore that was supported by the National Heritage Board. Received the "Bawean Cermelang" award in 2019 for outstanding contributions to the community and personal achievements.

Supported principal investigator in analyzing mosques, palaces, mausoleum complexes, and gravestone traditions across Islamic Southeast Asia (Melaka, Aceh, Banten, Demak, Semarang, Palembang, Batavia, and Yogyakarta).2. Assisted principal investigator in analyzing socio-cultural landscapes and architectural styles of four historical kampong areas in Singapore (Kampong Serani, Kampong Bengkulu, Kampong Melaka, and Chulia Campong).3. Contributed to a research project focused on community engagement and a bottom-up approach to urban planning and conservation, including developing a digital platform for community mapping and tours.
