InfoRe Technology is a company specializing in implementing AI - Big Data - Blockchain products and projects (since 2011). InfoRe's core product is SMCC, which allows collecting, storing, sampling, processing, classifying, sorting, statistics, extracting, searching, and modeling data from public sources on social media and press. ➤ Responsibilities• Collected data using the company’s social listening SaaS ecosystem (SMCC) to explore and analyze social trends, brand health, and user preferences for clients• Extract and filter potential customer data profiles to improve the advertising campaign of InfoRe's core product (SMCC Social Data Lake) and other clients' products

• Led a team of 5 members to apply the social listening SaaS ecosystem of the company to consult and support the clients in solving real case studies and problems.• Developed and packaged a set of specific solution documents tailored for 6 industries.

• Build IMC plan (Content Marketing) for SMCC page by month & week• Write content for SMCC page and monitor relevant metrics to improve content funnel

• Participate and monitor monthly internal seminars to exchange knowledge with colleagues.• Training newbies to apply SMCC software, Data Picker robot, and Datata (in-house tool) to solve the real case studies.

Uniace was established in 2017 with the goal of providing unique specialized data solutions to SMEs for sustainable development. In addition, to satisfy the increasing demand for analytical personnel, Uniace has developed an in-depth E-learning platform focused on Data Analysis skill to share knowledge with more Vietnamese people.➤ Responsibilities:Product team• Scope Internal: Build API to sync data from UNIACE systems including Airtable and Sendinblue into the data warehouse• Scope External: Support BI projects in syncing data from customers' systems to the data warehouse
