Managing the field Operations, Xpress Post Operations, Postal Agencies Network, and post print.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for the network of 51 post offices distributed all over Lebanon and 447 delivery and retail employees.• Optimize the productivity by training and coaching the retail and delivery staff.• Promoting retail and sales in post offices.• Handling the mail delivery systems in accordance with prescribed procedures and practices.• Supervising and controlling around 150 postal agencies and 459 stamp retailers’ network all over Lebanon, in line with applicable rules, regulation and procedures set by the company.• Managing and supervising the Xpress post-delivery operations and ensuring ongoing development of service improvement.• Managing the process of launching Post print service through setting the proper work processes.• Negotiating contracts with suppliers.

Intensive observation on all divisions (Technical, Sales, IT, Marketing, Administration, and Customer care). Specially assigned to assist the company fixed asset ledgers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Fixing the process of the fixed assets management.• Auditing the company processes and procedures.• Coordinating with “OPERATORS CO.” to manage the inventory and codification operations.
