Current• Monitor and ensure the integrity, reliability, and completeness of local client data for central reporting through regular audits and backlog processing.• Develop comprehensive reports analyzing client responses to clinical surveys, providing critical insights into severity and mental health needs of client population, which informs management decisions and optimizes service pathways for better health outcomes and service efficiency.• Employ advanced statistical software for data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization, generating actionable insights that enhance clinical pathways and operational efficiencies. Additionally, create comprehensive reports to assess performance indicators and support informed decision-making.• Conduct environmental scans, sectoral analyses, and statistical and quantitative patient assessments to evaluate access and service utilization for priority populations. Identified access gaps and barriers, informing program planning and partnership strategies. Provided actionable insights to guide targeted community engagement and enhance program access and service delivery.• Assist in building partnerships with organizations focused on priority populations as part of developing a community-focused model of CBT.
