After a successful 2 years as a contractor working for RJIS, I am pleased to have been offered a full time role. I continue being involved in over 10 projects and systems through independant and team responsibilities.My background in Chemical Engineering was graciously regarded for its strength and for the first year I was allowed to learn and adapt at my own pace to decide if Fintech was an area in which I could excel and flourish my talents. During this time, I found growth personally as well, I found that I am a keen learner and I love to put work into anything that I find interest in. Upon my second year renewal I had become a key member of significant projects and had taken fully autonomous role. I also started to feel like a key member of an impressive organisation.After a two year stint as a consultant, my talents for an excelling performance was rewarded with a full time conversion.
