DIAS Production is an event organizer based in West Kalimantan. At DIAS Production, I specifically worked as the head of the promotion and ticket sales division for Musikalistiwa Concert (2015 & 2017). Prior to that, during the planning stage, I was also a part of the creative team that formulated the overall concept of the event such as work timline, budget, and artist. After that, I worked specifically as the head of the ticket and promotion division, and am responsible to:o Create a work timeline which included setting targets for ticket sales, schedules for promotional materials (print, digital, and outdoor) to be published, and event promotions.o Form a promotion team consisting of graphic designers, copywriters, and admin.o Create the concept of promotion content such as color and font reference for each design and event hashtag.o Work closely with our graphic design and content team to create visually appealing and informative materials that can effectively communicate the event's message and value proposition to our target audienceo Took control of each content design to be printed (brochures, posters, billboards, t-banners, x-banners) and published on social media.o Regularly monitoring ticket sales and giving weekly reports to the project officer. o Handle the mini roadshow, which usually involved organizing five to seven events leading up to the main concert.
