- Responsible for building models that aid with decision support using data analytics methodologies (Sensitivity/Gap Analysis, Customer Segmentation, Forecasting).- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. - Enhancing the business reporting techniques used through automation.

- Maintain comprehensive information and KPI repositories to provide analysis with regard to key Zain performance metrics (KPIs and Financial Metrics) and look for ways to make improvement against these metrics.- Provide statistical analysis support on a regular and ad-hoc basis and as directed by the Managing. - Regularly analyze, and explore customer data and behavioral patterns in great depth and get specific information about customers.- Support Business Plan, budget and quarterly re-forecast process and development of all KPI’s in coordination with different departments and prepare necessary decision making analysis and reports accordingly.

- Contribute to strategic commercial planning by identifying key market factors impacting sales and profitability. Conduct diverse studies and analyze results to make recommendations for business developments. Identify demographic factors and forecast relevant trends and revenue and cost impact. - Forecast and re-forecast budget on quarterly basis based on trend analysis and key initiatives to have accurate and well-designed budget and justified targets throughout the financial year.- Design Commercial Information System (CIS) to facilitate the commercial reporting and to have better understanding of the market gaps and commercial performance.- Carry out sensitivity analysis, regression analysis and benchmark methodology to determine trends for five years business plan based on commercial strategy.- Assist in preparing Zain SD Business Plan along, track progress on quarterly basis and in accordance with actual performance and market changes & ensure feedback to other respective commercial departments for action and follow up.

- Analyze regional direct, indirect and corporate sales according to the different aspects of each region.- Set regional addressable market and potential growth to set subscribers and revenue target and accordingly measure the sales performance on a weekly and monthly base.- Monitor, analyze and report Zain operations performance in different regions include marketing, sales, network, and CSR activities.- Contribute with other departments to formulate their strategy region-wise.
