Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on client devices, including configuring devices, installing software updates, and addressing network problems.Serving as the single point of contact for IT support for over 500 users in a hybrid cloud environment, ensuring efficient communication and effective support delivery.Managing administrative responsibilities as an Azure Administrator, overseeing group management and user profiles, as well as serving as an Exchange Administrator for group resources and inbox management. Act as an Intune Device Administrator, monitoring and troubleshooting devices across Windows, iOS, Android, Linux, and macOS platforms.
