• Assist head of department for all accounting operations. • Having understanding budgeting & planning on execution. • Review the accounting documentations, reports, data, flowcharts etc. • Ensure the timely reporting to all monthly financial information and statements. • Preparation of annual and monthly financial statements, with commentary and key variance. • Supports budget and forecasting activities. Ensure the timely reporting and payments of all taxes. • Prepare all supporting information for external auditor. • Revenue and expenditure variance analysis. • Follow up bank related all issues.• Ensure salary payment through bank & cash. • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles. • Prepare agreements and contract management with different suppliers.• To Prepare Financial Model for Loan Finance.• Review the suitability of internal control design.• Ensure All Commercial responsibilities (Export).• Other tasks as assigned by the management.
