SilverStripe prefers multi-skilled developers, and I was expected to pitch in at whatever task was required of me. I developed PHP and JavaScript code for bespoke web projects, contributed to the open source framework and CMS, did systems and business analysis and technical consulting with clients and helped manage their Linux based systems and hosting offerings.

Mindcontroldogs was a one-man web shop. As a combined salesperson, account manager, business analyst, designer, developer, sysadmin and operations developer I helped several small to medium size business get a meaningful presence online.I was able to work on a diverse range of sites - from CMS brochures, though e-commerce, online booking, and photography portfolios. I was also able to experiment with a great number of web frameworks, languages and technologies.
