CurrentDevelop and evaluate new products and technologies generated in-house as well as those licensed or OEM from outside sources.• Develop immunology and cell signaling/phospho-specific antibodies; screen serum and hybridoma supernatants by ELISA, western blot, and flow cytometry• Initiate immunizations and coordinate with project leaders, R&D manager, vivarium staff, and outside vendors to ensure proper scheduling• Manage centralized peptide and protein inventory• Troubleshoot complex projects• Communicate closely with business development and collaborators to complete evaluations efficiently• Wrote Standard Operating Procedures, release reports, QC transfer specifications, and Technical Data Sheets• Trained, developed and supervised research associates• Experience in aseptic techniques and cell culture includes: growing and expanding myeloma and growing and subcloning hybridomas.• Experience in molecular biology includes: cloning, protein purification and antibody conjugation• Experience in MS Word, Excel and in-house databases
