I helped Artificial Labs to expand into China and Asia in terms of clients acquisition and developing Machine Learning techniques for insurance applications, such as pricing model, credit rating and fraud detection. We partnered with universities and technology companies to deliver the best solution for insurance industry.

I managed data science team to develop pricing models, claim automations, pattern recognition and insurance workflow management tools based on Machine Learning / Deep Learning algorithms.

Apply finance theory to estimate overall impact of different pricing strategies Drive development of statistical techniques and machine learning techniques to model customer behaviour and preferences. Set up and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and drive insurance product development. SQL and Python scripting language are the main tools for the above framework.

Managed the "Go-to-market" process for all of Huawei mobile devices including mobile phones, tablets and wearable devices within the competitive and fast paced UK market. Lead teams to deliver business solutions and improve Huawei products. Managed the upgrade operations of 4G/3G/2G wireless network.

Member of Spectrum Technology Team to carry out UK national scale technical policy assessment, such as: 1. TV White Space: - Modelling radio spectrum availability at any time and location within UK terrestrial in real time. 2. National 3G/4G Mobile Coverage - assess national mobile coverage through technical modelling. 3. 4G Spectrum Auction: Pave the way for UK 4G mobile networks. 4. Modelling repository: Manage Ofcom technical modelling tool.
