There, I was responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, from staff supervision, inventory control, budgeting, reporting, to customer relations. I applied effective marketing strategies and techniques to promote the brand and products, and improved customer experience through personalized services, loyalty programs, and online consultations. I also optimized operational processes and procedures, and ensured customer satisfaction and sales targets were met or exceeded. Some of the skills that I have demonstrated and utilized in this role are sales target management, retail operations, new business development, and team leadership.
