1.Lead SCM project as project manager, setup barcode and improve supplier chain for meyerburger China.2.As project manager implement SAP system for Meyerburger China (2 companies); 5 consultants from Switzerland; 2 consultants from China; 12 Key Users; 48 End users. Create all the business process in SAP, make all the SAP related document. (2 companies, 2011.02 – 2011.12)3.SAP support after go live. 1. ERP Team Leader, manage 4 ERP supporters, support all departments in company. Define ERP solutions, ERP second development, ERP user management, SAP Business Objects report design.2. Cooperate with global IT team to Implement SAP SCM project (ICH). I Take charge of end user’s training and technical support.3. During I stayed at plant, I made all business process (ERP Related) documentation, and I tried my best to analysis our current business process and try to propose better solution.4. ERP technical support for the whole plant in Material Management (SAP MM) (Main), Production, Distribution and Finance modules (Optional).5. Cooperate with global implement team to implement SAP BO project. At the same time, I was responsible for end user’s training and developing report to satisfy end user’s requirement through SAP BO.6. Had implemented lots of projects which include Subcontracting, Consignment (VMI), Bar Code, Exposure management in AR, and so on. I served as project leader.7. Supermarket Manage System development (C#.NET + SQL Server 2005 + Crystal Report) (as project leader)
