Arthritis Relief Centers – Nurse Practitioner• Collaborate with attending and referring physicians for comprehensive and quality care for patients with osteoarthritis, bulging discs and herniations, radiculopathy, sacroiliitis, tendonitis, occipital nerve pain, myofascial pain syndromes, and multiple other conditions• Prescribe and manage pharmacological treatments to patients with acute and chronic pain• Counsel patients on goals of treatment, post-procedure care, compliance, and side effects of medications• Develop individualized care plans and administer x-ray guided major joint injections coinciding with conservative therapy• Perform and document comprehensive history and physical examinations
