I have spanned a 20+ year career in the automotive service industry as a customer service manager/service advisor. Throughout this time, I attained and practiced supreme and exemplary customer service skills in multiple facets of day-to-day business. I maintained a log of approximately 20 "new" clients per day and coordinated the repair(s) of their vehicles in a prompt and quality manner. Close collaboration and positive relationships with vendors and other internal departments were crucial in achieving those goals. I have taken those hard and soft skills and applied them to various areas of my life and other career paths. I pride myself in being a self-starter and a leader in any position I fulfill.
