Program Manager
CurrentSupporting Tundra's Direct Source line of business for clients in the Utilities and Alcohol Distribution space. Collaborate with our client to build an operational model to deliver a successful direct source program by working to secure qualified contractors in cost effective and time efficient manner Build relationships with key hiring managers and program sponsors to secure and support delivery on up to 30 open roles per weekEnable delivery by gathering role information through client intake sessions to support recruiting counterparts Support client hiring managers through the entire recruitment and contractor management cycle Manage roles and all associated activity within the clients VMS and direct source technology to ensure all content and processes are accurately reflected for client review Develop a deep understanding of client's culture, strategic initiatives, and projects Meet with business leaders and hiring managers to understand and qualify temporary worker requirements and uncover how they relate back to the client's overall strategy Engage directly with the Talent Services Delivery Team and indirectly with recruitment teams to manage resource fulfilment processes and timelines for all client resource requestsDevelop and facilitate the execution of client strategy, in line with corporate and financial strategic business objectives Develop and maintain relationships with key internal business contacts to support growth of the TalentNet brand in a way that positively promotes the companies' reputation and aligns with corporate strategiesEvaluate client trends, competitive activity, economic factors, and changes in the client market segment and translate that knowledge into definitive and actionable plans and forecasts to build profitable growth Keep management informed of ongoing sales activities through daily entries into ATS weekly sales reports Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and penetrating/developing assigned clients
