Build cutting edge tools with our partners (SAP), educate and integrate them with the division’s operations in order to support the League of Legends teams by working closely with our players, coaching staff, and management.𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁Support the General Manager and Coaches with various reports to scout new talent and build rosters for all levels. This helps the division be proactive in identifying talent, and ensuring the efficiency of the process. To achieve that I provide:• Monthly solo-queue scouting reports• Major and minor leagues’ end of competitive season scouting reports• Shortlist of potential candidates𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁Provide and utilize tools that are created to help the players and coaching staff stay on top of their competition with knowledge and trends. Examples are: • Comprehensive data analysis of practice and competitive games• Optimized items purchases• Team composition trends• Player research resources• Other tools𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀Provide various data and video analysis reports to the coaching staff and players in the form of:• Opponent Pre-Match Scouting Reports• Player Post-Match Performance Analysis • Player Practice Performance Analysis • Ad-hoc & miscellaneous reports
