My day to day included developing people, processes and programs to continually see impact and business growth .

Responsible for: business continuity strategy and planning, crisis management, risk management, trade marketing security, supply chain security, problem solving, investigations, security awareness and trainings, talent management. - Started the first business continuity function for the KSA market. - Acted as in-house consultant for Business Continuity & Crisis Management.- Performed a comprehensive business risk assessment of the company's assets and operations in KSA in preparation for a thorough revamp of the old measures utilised.- Developed a detailed plan for the implementation of necessary measures to treat the vulnerabilities in the operations and physical assets.- Conducted several fraud, theft & conduct-related investigations & recommended corrective measures to disciplinary committees. - Managed the revision of processes and policies for the trade marketing and distribution units as well as the day to day business continuity. - Delivered trainings for the entire KSA trade marketing team on new policies and processes. - Worked cross-functionally to safeguard business operations & assets through the risk management lens including supply chain resilience and support to distribution operations.- Created & facilitated security awareness trainings & campaigns.

Role included: Asset Protection, Supply Chain Audit, Investigations, Government Engagement, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Anti-illicit Trade Activities & Talent Management.Managed the Business Continuity function by working cross-functionally to ensure the resilience of the business operations and assets by embedding the Risk & Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning standards. This included the development, continuous revision, realistic scenario testing and training of concerned personnel on the responses expected from every function in case of a crisis.
