-Maintain Prequalification of the company products on behalf of ADNOC Group for (pressure vessels, tanks, pipes, pressure pipes, etc.)-Updating and maintaining prequalification documents.-Controlling maintenance department regarding monthly reports for Electric breakdown and preventive maintenance reports, mechanical Breakdown and preventive maintenance reports including all check list for whole company. -Arranging maintenance plan and program for each month because of the huge number of Equipment. -Verify the compliance of the maintenance reports with the maintenance procedure and flow chart.-Controlling all company Equipment Serial Numbers and Tag Numbers as per QHSE Certificates and register for more than 300 welding machine and blasting, painting and lifting equipment.-Maintaining calibration and Inspection Certificates for all equipment, Instruments, cranes and Forklifts in the company and in our sites, and controlling store regarding all equipment. -Preparing internal audit schedule-Preparing representation regarding our products, conducted audit process, product representation.-Assisting management representative during Maintaining and updating the quality manual.-Maintain monthly quality statistic for Painting and fabrication. -Assist management representative for client audit.-Coordinating with painting workshop and site to get repair and rework rejection to make statistic regarding annual repair-Maintaining painting documents in regard of QC Painting.-Supporting MR during maintaining EHS manual.
