· Creating CILT, Centerlining lists for each line, completing the deficiencies and managing the process by providing trainings to the operators through the digital application . · Manage the implementation process of autonomous maintenance and single-minute exchange of dies (SMED) on the production lines.· Lead line settings(centerlining) by standardizing the lines.· Utilize lean methodologies such as 7 Step of Problem Solving Tools, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping to identify waste and eliminate non-value-added activities.· Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, to drive process enhancements and achieve operational excellence. ( Executed advenced, normal and quick kaizens)· Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and visual aids.· Managing the monitoring safety culture committee in the CSHEC (HSE) committee in the factory .Engaging in activities to increase OHS awareness in the factory· Monitor process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.· Participate in cross-functional teams for new product development, providing input on process design and manufacturability.· Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digitalization initiatives and reported progress to management, highlighting the achieved benefits and identifying further improvement opportunities.· Lead digitalization efforts in the manufacturing plant, driving the implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies.· Management of every process including the implementation of the digital factory online system in the factory and displaying machine-based OEE%, productivity losses, etc.· Implemented data collection and monitoring systems to enable real-time visibility into production processes and performance metrics. · Supports operations group to establish and maintain standard work and continuous flow in all areas, including 5S and visual management.· Work with Distribution leaders in utilizing and constantly improving the visual management in all areas.· Manage the Autonomous Maintenance and SMED implementation process on the lines .· Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.· Develop, track, and implement Kaizen events in coordination with Supervisors and Team Leaders including managing the Kaizen database.· Providing support to the improvements made for energy saving by making the necessary analyzes .· Leading the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metric and process including maintaining measurement standards, facilitating improvement plans and strategies, training, coaching and weekly reporting.
